Conecte seu modem do velox ao pc, faça a conecção no seu provedor de internet depois insira o cd de instalação do netgear no drive, sem conectar o roteador ele será conectado durante a instalação. Voce sera conectado ao site de instalação siga as instruções do site que vai funcionar

How to configure internet access on a NETGEAR router for DSL connection?

Note:

* The information in this article applies if you are trying to configure your DSL connection with a NETGEAR router.
* If you have a Cable Internet Connection, see this article

Installation Procedure:

1. Connect the Modem to the Internet port of the NETGEAR router and the computer to any of the four LAN ports as shown in the diagram.

2. Open an Internet Explorer browser and type the router IP address which would be either http://192.168.0.1 or http://192.168.1.1 in the address bar and press Enter.

* The Login window will prompt for the router configuration username and password.
* The default username is “admin” and the default password is “password”

4. Click Setup Wizard on the top left corner, Select Yes for the Setup Wizard to detect the type of internet connection and click Next.

5. The Setup Wizard will detect the type of Internet connection. DSL connections which require a login to connect to the internet will be detected as PPPoE. Click Next

6. Configure your router with the username and password provided by your ISP and click Apply.

7. The router will now save these settings. When complete, you can verify whether you are connected to the internet from the Router Status > Maintenance menu.

Verify you have a valid IP address (not-blank / 0.0.0.0) on the Internet Port assigned by your ISP

esse modem TP-link tem um cabo que é conectado ao PC (cabo de LAN)
desconecte esse cabo do PC e conecte ao roteador na entrada amarela
depois se os notebooks tiverem o recurso wireless basta configurar uma rede wireless.
Eu não sei qual a marca do seu note mas você vai ter q ativar o wireless dele, no meu é a tecla Fn, F11 que tem o ícone do wireless depois que o wireless estiver instalado basta ler em baixo do roteador o login(user name) e a senha(password) do roteador e digita lo na configuração da rede wireless.
caso tudo isso tenho sido seguido masnãoo conectou reinicie o computador com o wireless ligado
